Morphological changes included spermatogonial proliferation, activation of leydig’s and sertoli cells, organization of seminiferous lobules and formation of lobular lumen in testis. Leydig cells were enlarged, exhibited characteristics of steroid producing cells. Sertoli cells became elongated, shown signs of high cellular activities and remained in close contact with spermatogonia.
